All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account belonging to another individual — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and reversal of the deposit. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover"). While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum single-round bet or wager permitted is RM250, unless a different limit is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Placing a wager in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the Bonus Funds and all related winnings being voided without notice.
Not all game categories contribute equally toward the clearance of wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the standard contribution rates are: slot games — 100%; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo) — 10%; sports betting — 50%; crash and instant games — 100%. Bento188 reserves the right to amend game contribution rates at any time.
Bonus Funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion) will be automatically removed from the Account at the time of expiry. Expired Bonus Funds are not recoverable.
